Admissions Director

I spent 20 years as a high school teacher, where I learned something that still grounds me today: I can’t control what others do, but I can always choose how I show up. Patience, compassion, and genuine curiosity became my guideposts — and they remain at the core of how I support families and professionals now.

I help guide families and referral partners through the process of finding the support that’s right for them. Whether I’m holding space in a first call or mapping out a plan behind the scenes, my goal is to bring clarity, care, and calm to every step of the journey.

My love for psychology and philosophy has always run deep, but it wasn’t until I found coaching that I learned how to turn understanding into meaningful, everyday action. I became a certified life coach, and later expanded into nutrition and fitness coaching as well — all part of my personal commitment to alignment between what I say, how I live, and how I serve.

At Solutions Family Support, I help guide families and referral partners through the process of finding the support that’s right for them. Whether I’m holding space in a first call or mapping out a plan behind the scenes, my goal is to bring clarity, care, and calm to every step of the journey.

Outside of work, I love hiking and backpacking, working with my hands, and gathering with friends for the kinds of conversations that can be both light-hearted and deeply meaningful — sometimes in the same breath.
